October 30, 2016   To whom it may concern:   I am thrilled to recommend Carol Young.  I’ve known Carol for 10+ years.  I have/had the privilege of working with Carol in 2016.  We hired Carol as the buyer’s agent to find a house in Texas, while we were selling our home in North Carolina.   The relationship started out slow, while we waited for action on our home in N.C.,  Carol worked to document all of our Musts and Wants in a home in Texas.  Then the relationship and communication picked up speed, when we received a contract on Saturday, I placed my wife on a plane to Fort Worth Sunday am.  Upon arrival Carol had 18+ houses queued up to visit on Sunday and Monday.  Oh did I mention that Monday was a holiday.   Negotiations began… me being in N.C., the seller working nights, and multi-state transactions; nothing deterred Carol from being my advocate at every turn.   We had a contract on the house in TX within the week.   Carol did not stop working for us, she was able to provide me a great selection of lenders and inspectors.   All of which I used and all of which met or exceeded my expectations.   Carol’s attention to detail is second to none.   Never dropping the ball and always keeping an open line of communication was paramount.  Different folks have different ways of sending and receiving information.  Carol was able to assess the need for communication;  the type of communication;  and capable to deliver the communication.   Dealing with buyer, buyer agent, lender, inspector, title co, wife, and myself is a lot of different personalities that must be juggled.   Not only would I recommend Carol to my family and co-workers, but I will partner with her again in the future   Sincerely,     Miles Wills Director Global Supply Chain Corning Optical Communications
